Specificity and historical notes

The district of Nice, the historical centre of Barbera wine production in Piemonte Region, has a considerable tradition in the field of processing, refining and marketing of the finished product. The geographical and pedological environment of the production area, which occupies the hillsides most exposed (quadrants from south-east to west) with the exception of the valley floor, particularly suited to the cultivation of the vine "Barbera", allows you to obtain grapes and wine of the highest quality level and clear organoleptic typification.
